This project involved creating a new custom object along with multiple Flows to automate record creation, status updates and email notifications. The Vicasso team did a great job with defining scope, delivering the solution on time and communicating the status throughout the project.

Our company could not be happier with the performance of Vicasso during our engagement and most specifically with our assigned consultant, Benjamin. Our team inherited a very mature ORG that was over automated and experiencing serious performance issues due to those automation colliding during each save event causing time-outs. Benjamin was able to work closely with our internal team to identify the problems. He then unwound those collisions by refactoring almost all of our workflows, process builders, and flows into coherently-organized unified flows per object that saved the system enormous amounts of compute during each save. It was an enormous undertaking, which we acknowledge could not have been as friction-free as Benjamin made it appear. Benjamin's level of detail, organization, documentation at every step, and final work product were impeccable and far exceeded our Salesforce team's expectations. We were especially pleased by the organization and detail provided in Benjamin's final documentation left behind for us to reference post-project and will allow us to understand the actions and architecture of the automation he created and better maintain them going forward. Our team will certainly work with Vicasso again for future project needs since their firm has shown that a partnership with them produces first-class work product and tremendous value.

We had multiple Project Mangement (PM) tools, with very little integration between them and Salesforce, and no integration between PM tools. This was creating a host of inefficiencies and communication issues for us. We engaged with Vicasso to implement Mission Control (MC) and eliminate our existing PM tools. Vicasso was able to quickly get up to speed with MC, our existing tools, and help us formulate a plan to consolidate tools and processes into MC. As MC is built on the SF Platform, our PM tool is now seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, making reporting more robust, and available real-time, eliminating the manual aggregation of extracted data from multiple systems. Our users also enjoy transparency into the full scope of work on a given Project, regardless of which teams are involved. We are very happy we partnered with Vicasso on this project.

I've worked with Internet Creations (now Vicasso) for several years now. They saved me from a poor implementation of my accounting package. Since then we have continued the automation development and upgrades along the way.
