We have worked with StarrData for both outsourced admin services as well as an implementation of Service Cloud. Their service and communication is fantastic, and they have found a solution to every issue we have brought up. They have excellent internal communication so that no matter who we talk to, they know our instance and can implement solutions. Their team is also very proactive about our success, and they take the time to go over all of the options we have to solve problems. One of my hesitations with outsourcing our Salesforce administration was that they wouldn't understand our business or Salesforce instance well enough, but that couldn't be further from the truth. We are a small business, but we leverage Salesforce in big ways. Our business is complex and that is reflected in our automation. For many years we hired in house Salesforce administrators. One thing we’ve learned about Salesforce admins is, they don’t stay long. They always seem to have their sights set on their next role. We frequently have projects that require hours beyond our maintenance contract, but StarrData works fast. The additional fees are very reasonable and manageable. The relationship has been a huge success. Not only are we saving money, but we are also getting quality Salesforce administration beyond what we could maintain with an in house admin.
