Great Solution, Easy to Customise, Reliable & Quick Support
We have had a very good experience with SDoc. The documentation was very clear and helpful for us to customise the solution for our needs. Whenever we had a question, the support would revert within 3h. Highly recommend.

Great product, great support
We've used S-Docs for approximately 2 years now. It's made document processing/production so much easier for end users, and so much better as a company, as we can apply our branding by writing the templates in HTML/CSS source code. We've recently tried using the custom action nodes in Flow, and after a few teething issues they are working great. (Tip: run the 'Generate Document' node as an asynchronous path in Flow if record-triggered on create, otherwise the created record may not be committed to the database yet...) Had some excellent support from the team to get the automations working; they were responsive and very helpful, even creating some example Flows in my org to help me along.

Takes some time to install and configure but they have good documentation that guide us step by step and the support team is very helpful and friendly.

Got support from Pooja that instructed me well and solved my issue with previewing templates. Overall seems like a good application but somewhat tricky to work with
