Outstanding Cloud Connector!
The RapidiOnline Cloud Connector is an incredible software that should be used to easy transfer (and transform) of any data between 2 data repository (Databases, APIs, etc.). it supports Saleforce natively, and we use to transfer sales data from our ERP automatically. It is a MUCH better and more reliable alternative than custom development between any source system and Salesforce. Its administrative interface is very intuitive and very easy to use when you want to ensure replication and transformation data transfers. One of its flagship feature is that it "mirrors" data structures between source and destination databases (or data API services), and does it very efficiently while minimizing bandwidth use and number of API calls. Note that the support team is outstanding and will help you automatically get your data into Salesforce in no time. I can only highly recommend it.
Integration with Great Plains.
Worked with Rapidi with one of my Salesforce clients to integrate Salesforce to the companies Great Plains instance. It was a fairly complex integration which managed the client's billing and paying their staff. The team with the help of the tool was able to turn a very complex integration into a successful integration.
Great App, Even Better Integration Partner!
The app works wonderfully for our needs. We are running an older (read: deprecated) version of Microsoft Dynamics GP and the integration still works perfectly. We have set some phases for our project and have just finished the initial phase (Customer, Item, and Sales History integration). As each company is different, there were a lot of tweaks that needed to be done to the integration for it to work to our specifications. The app does what it is supposed to do and we are happy campers. What we find to be better than the app is actually the integration partner themselves (RapidiOnline). Their implementation team and the consultant/developer/integration specialist assigned to us were very helpful and thorough. Their head of sales and operations also deserves two thumbs up as he was always checking in on our progress and was very helpful at all times. The app and the team might be tested more when we get to phase 2, but for now, we are very satisfied.
