I speak from the perspective of working with RoundCorner during a complex IT project we undertook at UCSF. IT implementations at medical centers are complex by design but throughout I was impressed by the professionalism with which rC handled it. They took in our requirements, helped us to design around them, handled the inevitable hiccups along the road with a great mix of initiative and humor, and ultimately helped us deliver a great product to a demanding user base. We implemented roundCorner's roundCause managed package that sits on top of Salesforce. It does a great job in the fundraising or sales area. We also architected Salesforce Communities starting with 100,000 members with plans to increase to 500,000 members. The consultants were smart, but got smarter as they learned our business processes and made solid recommendations on how to improve our processes and migrating our legacy systems' data in salesforce. Kudos to Nick, both Dan's, Will, Adam, (the PM) Niels, and to Phil, the ultimate SCRUM master.

Results oriented teams capable and willing to take on complicated enterprise wide implementations

rC has helped our organization move to the Salesforce.com platform over the past year at half the cost and time that other vendors in the space had scoped. To get there they have partnered with our teams to really understand the underlying business, which has involved a great deal of process scoping and change on our part and in turn some agile development on the part of the rC team. The end result has been worth it and we're are seeing the positive outcomes of the work they've done across all of the departments. We've worked closely together with their imbedded implementation team through some difficult challenges in order to deliver the roundCause product enterprise wide replacing a decade plus of different crms, ecrms, excel, file make pro databases, member benefits functionality, HR applicant tracking and a variety of other programs. There is never a perfect implementation for a org of our size, but the rC team has helped us to envision a new CRM road map and execute against it in a way that will ultimately reduce total cost of ownership and optimize the way we deal with contacts, prospects, members, donors and those engaged with our mission. At the same time rC has kept true to the native Salesforce platform so that we are not over building a solution that our own developers cannot continue to modify and/or we cannot plug third party developers or apps. This is evident in their great relationship the team has with our core IT team, the Salesforce foundation and other partners like Eloqua and Radian6. We are excited to continue to develop on the platform and to work with the rC team to continue getting results on the road map.
