Our sales team has struggled with the original version of Salesforce for years. Our original implementation and user experience was less than optimal to say the least. When it came time to update to Lightning, we chose Able Advisors after a lengthy search process. I can only say I wish we would have discovered Annette and her team years ago. Our implementation has been quick, smooth, and has empowered our team to up their game in all things related to their sales performance. I have usually dreaded bringing in new systems or migrating to upgraded systems, because they have always been a rocky, unpleasant experience, with negative ramifications that usually last months or years. I am surprised to say this, but the migration to Lightning has been a pleasure because of Annette's deep knowledge of Sales Force, the front-end work she put into setting up the system, her implementation of the team's input, and the best software training I've ever received. She is very honest in her assessment of what the program can and cannot do and takes a very practical, hands-on approach to training. I am simply blown away by how much value she has immediately brought to our team. One of the surprising benefits of our training with Annette has been that in addition to training our team on Salesforce, due to her strong sales background, she shared with our team a lot of very useful sales best practices that we have been able to implement into our sales & marketing efforts. Annette at Able Cloud Advisors is the only reason our non-profit is up and running on the NFP Starter Pack. The transition was hard but Annette calmly helped me through the transition process. She is always available via phone or email for large and small questions. She explains well and is good about sending screen shots to me so that I can remember how we’ve solved my latest problem. I love that she is local and that we were able to meet up instead of having to do everything remotely. She has provided excellent service to our non-profit! I have called her many times in a panic, and have always received a sensible solution. The NFP Starter Pack can be very confusing, and she continues to be patient with me as I learn it.

Excellent ability to quickly develop solutions that work for the sales team

Annette helped us finish a stalled implementation for our 120 global users. She came in and was able to pick right up and especially improve some already implemented processes. Her past sales experience helps really drive home key principles and ensured a high adoption rate. She was able to help design and build a custom site report for the sales team that allowed them to enter info about their visit as well as any new contacts and cases. We loved working with her and did not have to deal with the red tape or overhead a larger partner comes with. Best of all she is an amazing trainer that is able to clearly get the message thru emphasizing on the gotchas that a user can experience.
