Overview
Map Contacts for SalesForce is an add-on application to SalesForce. It provides the facility to locate/view the Contacts listed in the SalesForce on a map from ESRI ArcGIS Online’s Street and Aerial mapping services. It also provides a Trip Planner.

Key features: • View SalesForce Contacts on map o View selected SalesForce Contacts on map o Map provides the list of all the SalesForce Contacts and the facility to add contacts to map o Contacts are mapped with predefined color coded icons on basis of geocoding accuracy o Facility to view the map in Street view / Aerial View o Print current extent of map view • Trip Planner o Find best route between two contacts o Find best sequence to visit multiple contacts/stops o Find best sequence to visit multiple contacts/stops and return to origin o Enter custom address (address not available in SalesForce Contact) to add stops to trip o Print driving directions with route map
