Don't Install This App!
Unlike the other reviews, I successfully installed this app into a client's org. I configured it according to the instructions in the Read Me PDF. To no avail, whenever I select multiple Accounts from list view and ask it to Map Customers it says that the addresses are incorrect/incomplete and it always attempts to map one more Account than I selected. I tried adjusting the Map, Address, and Tip Tool Configuration records every way imaginable and that still didn't do the trick. I realize this is an unmanaged and free app, but if someone puts an email link on the app listing I would expect a response. I have emailed the support address two times in the past month and I have yet to receive a response. I won't be recommending this app to any future clients.
Not able to use the Application.
Whenever I am trying to access this application the below error is displayed. Please help me in going forward. Install Problems
From the Demo, this app looks like exactly what i need and seems very easy to use. I would like to use this app but the message below appears when installing. I would appreciate any attention to correct the problem. Not installable
Also getting the installerror described above. Another problem: In our Org there is a field email_c on Account and this packeage tries to create a new one, instead of using the one that is on account.
Install Issue
