A friend recommended we try Cloudgento, so we did some research into the product. Almost immediately after we started to review it, we knew it was a necessity to move forward with our Salesforce launch. It just made complete sense, being able to host our eCommerce web store and having a complete sync with our customer management system. We cut costs of multi-platform training and increased productivity leading to lower customer wait times. The installation was a simple step-by-step process that was accompanied by screen shots and really made the whole process seamless for us.
