One field makes it worth it
Our sales directors - and reps - find the field "Days since last update or activity" so useful that it's the sole reason why we've kept it. It's extremely useful for checking that open opportunities or leads don't become stagnant. We use the field in our own custom built reports rather than use the ones that come with the package.
