Mass Edit

Failed to install all objects. Cannot edit others calendar events

On installation, it deployed a tab called test and did not install mass edit objects or mass edit filter. It seems that you can only mass edit calendar events that you own. We want to mass edit events that have different users.

If you need an activity tab, this is a perfect free app to get it.

If the mass edit and activity tab with list views would have been put in one tab, this would have been a five star app. Still, it is a good app.

Significantly Improved

I've originally scored this app 3 stars as Admins couldn't configure which fields are exposed on the Mass Edit page. This functionality has now been added together with the ability to Mass Edit Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts as well as Events and Tasks. You can also build separate set of List Views which are completely independent from the other Object List Views. It is already an outstanding app but I know the folks are working hard to improve it even further so definitely worth keeping your eye on!

This in conjunction with Mass Update and Edit makes for some powerful edit capabilities.

Activities Tab came true!!

Everybody in the org love the list view of Activities and the functionality just like Account/Contact/Opportunity and simple Activities Tab to click on. No more going through home page and click on the Activity list View button under the calendar section. Quick and easy access!

I thought this was native functionality!

The Activities tab of this app is so well designed I didn't realize until recently that this isn't native Salesforce functionality. Well done! This tab is very useful and provides list views of Activities just like any other object. The Mass Edit Activities tab is also very useful. I do have one issue with it though - it seems like the activities that show up are in some random order. Is there any reasoning behind this or a way to change it? That would greatly improve functionality on this tab.

Works as advertised - handy!

It is consistent with the other native list views in SF, like Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and so on. This fulfills a gap in the native SalesForce app where the only way to get a view of all your open Tasks is via the Home page. Everyone always wonders why there is not a native Activities tab in SF. This app operates as if it were natively designed into SalesForce. There are two Tabs: one for just viewing Activities, and one for Mass Edit. Within each tab, there are pre-built Views, which are editable if you have the admin rights. You can build new Views easily. Overall, it behaves as you'd expect. It's simple and useful, so I give it 5 stars.

saves time if you manage quite some tasks daily and more them to other days. Overview is OK. Functionality works as it should
