Should be an integral part of your reports tab

Very easy to install. It appears among other reports as it always have been there and with dashboards well reflects the chatter usage.

Easy to deploy

We launched Chatter in our org and quickly wanted to see the usage and overall user response, this tool really helped us to get going quickly. It got installed quickly and with few changes in the reports, we could see all sort of analysis that we wanted. Very useful!!

Solved our Chatter reporting needs

We launched Chatter in our organization and our senior leaders were looking for some reports/dashboards to see how things were going. I was hesitant to create Chatter reports/dashboards as I felt it was a low priority. In my opinion, if you want to get a sense of Chatter activity and how it is going, log in and participate in Chatter. These reports were a good way to satisfy the request for some high level metrics and did not take any time away from our other force.com projects.

Simple but Effective

The reports are very handy for monitoring the development of Chatter when you first launch it. I'm pretty quick at creating reports and dashboards but installing this app certainly saved me a few hours. The only pity is that there's still a lack of object-level detail about Chatter posts, along the same lines of activities and tasks. This would be useful for KPIs.

Really good Chatter Dashboards

These Apps give a really good range of Report and Dashboards to see Chatter Users, Groups, and Feeds. As always with these 'standard' installs you can edit the reports and change them as you like. Remember this is a starting point rather than necessarily an end point. One thing this App shows me is that I am not a great Chatter user!! So as such I would be interested to hear other peoples views on if this covers all new Chatter features (as I beleive this is the one and only version and is from 2010). But either way this is recommended!

Great Dashboard and easy to install!

Works very well for us. It saved me a few hours of work to produce it.

Good Starting Point

With a wide and varied user based I was not expecting this to do everything I wanted out of the box. It is however a great starting point to take and customise components from. Why reinvent the wheel.....

Close but no cigar

We have downloaded this and it does help us with high level metrics, however I need to be able to report on object level chatter which this can't do. Having spoken to Salesforce it seems you can't report on object level chatter which seems odd as the relationship between the post and the record must be there somewhere.
