Dead app

I came across this app linked in a community thread and I was very excited as on paper it seemed to tick the boxes for a use case. I did wonder from the previous reviews if the app was still supported or not but I installed it into my sandbox to give it a go. When trying to contact support, I did not get any responses at all. As the last update was 10 years ago, plus the listing is actually private I would say this app is dead. Don't bother wasting your time with it.

Where is the pricing??

I don't see pricing for the app in AppExchange and cannot find it on the vendor's website. I also tried calling the vendor (both sales and support) and just got voicemails. It is very frustrating that I can't get the pricing before going through the trouble of downloading the trial and setting everything up.

Horrible Support

Installing and setup was not an issue if you follow the instructions, but due to a software breaking bug, I have been trying to get in touch with their support for the past 2 days with no call back or anything. It goes to a call center for mostly (what it seems to be) out sourced phone calls, which didn't even know how to pronounce the company name. After giving them my information several times in one call and having to basically spell out the issue, they advised me that someone would call me back. No call. Just silence for hours and hours. I'm now going onto day 3 and still no call back. Would I buy this? Absolutely, if it worked. It does something that we desperately need, but nothing goes forward without support.

Great tool at a very affordable price

After using it for over 1 year without a glitch, I can say this app is solid and a great use to us to generate contracts, applications and all sort of PDF documents Support has been excellent, and they even found a couple workaround for me to be able to do more with perform I recommend it to anyone in need of this type of service!

Support Issue - Regular PDF and Word Documents are not working as mentioned

We are currently evaluating Perform tool and it does works really very well for Fillable Forms. However, it doesn't work well for regular PDF's and word documentsl. We were told that they do work but we were not successful in making it work. We are waiting for reply from Perform Team to know, how we can make regular pdf and word documents work.

As a GROUP edition user of SalesForce - I'm very limited in regards applications to choose from that populate SalesForce data into PDF's... & after some tweaking with the help of the guys @ PerForm tech support (Novidea) - I now have a wonderful streamlined system up & running !! Not only do I use my own PDF's but I have edited PDF's from third parties & made them integrate with SalesForce via. PerForm. * Wonderful :) I can now focus my time on business development - great product that easily pays for itself.

Great APP, Perfect Support

This app saved us a fortune. We thought to develop a solution for quote generation ourselves, but then someone tipped us about PerForm. We found out that this is a very powerful app. instead of one document we initially thought to generate, we are now (1 month after installing the app) generating 4, and more to come. Thanks!

Perfect product, amazing support

This tool has allowed our sales team to automatically generate applications that used to take 15 minutes of data transposition. Talk about a productivity increase. Not to mention - the support has been incredible. Our account manager, Guy, helped us when signing up by helping us resolve an issue with our own form. There was nothing wrong with the software, but instead with the form we were using - and Perform was able to diagnose the issue (quickly) so that we could begin using the product ASAP. After a few months of being very happy customers, we had a small snafu where one of our (many) forms was malfunctioning. Guy responded to my inquiry with amazing speed, and had the support team resolve my issue TOTALLY behind the scenes. I simply showed them the error I was receiving, and granted them temporary access - boom, within a day, my problem was totally solved, with no further input from the user, me. Amazing. In addition, Guy has had a very pleasant attitude and friendly demeanor. If you have any use for pre-filling PDFs, this is the software for you. Great team of people, a great price, and a great product. If I have further needs for our Salesforce account, I'm checking these guys out first!

Great for generating Quotes in PDF

We had a serious challenge in creating Quotes in PDF in right to left languages. SFDC standard tool is not supporting Quote PDF in all languages. The solution was Perform of Novidea. If you have license to a PDF creator and you know how to build a PDF, you can easily map a field in the PDF to each and every field in SFDC. The form generation is quick and supported in Ipads. Most of all, the support of Novidea is very good.

Perform improved my form processing by 1,000 percent-

Peform has improved my forms processing by 1,000% Customer support has been prompt and very responsive, and the support people genuinely care about helping you get the most from their poduct. In summary this App has allowed me to use my existing forms without writing any code or dealing with visual force pages. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an elegant well priced easy to use forms processing solution. Keep up the good work Novidea
