Overall, engagement was good. We had a very effective project manager. We received excellent consulting and guidance on best practices for some workstreams, especially CRM-A. In other workstreams, the level of effort and the complexity of our organization and data were underestimated. There could have been a better emphasis on ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.
