Auctions 4.26 (December 2020) helps staff manage all the information related to an auction. It tracks tickets, sponsorships, donations, the bundling of donations into auction items, purchases, and handles Check In & Check Out at the event.

Provides a night of the event Check In page and Check Out page Now supports both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience user interfaces.
Integration with 3rd party payment processors Click & Pledge and iATS Brickwork, to allow you to charge for tickets within Salesforce, record credit card information at Check In, and pay for purchases during Check Out.

Auctions for Salesforce by DJH Consulting offers tools to manage tasks like tracking auction donations, bundling of items into packages, tickets, purchases, end-of-night receipting with a clear distinction between tax deductibility and fair market value. The app is designed with an understanding of the fast pace of auction night and the need for the management tool to keep up. This is open source software which means if you are so inclined you are welcome to get the source code on gitHub and make improvements yourself. Contributing back your improvements can result in the managed version being upgraded. This application was created by David Habib of DJH Consulting, and offered free to all non profits.
