Project management kept on schedule and escalated where needed. Project stayed in budget, but there were a couple items that we hoped to complete which had to cut from scope to stay in budget. More focus could have been spent on analysis and we didn’t always feel that our needs were heard and understood. The things that were literally asked for were delivered, but we didn’t really know what was all available / best way to execute and were looking for more guidance and creative problem solving. We had a short timeline, which was met. However, we did hear ‘no’s for some things that we have since found were possible to do without significant effort. The project team did particularly enjoy working with Courtney who was very helpful, responsive, patient and listened well. One of the staff from Publicis dropped off the team without communication to our project team about the change. Our project team felt that the end product didn't fully realize the vision from the sales discussions and initial analysis.

This is definitely something that is extremely valuable, especially where we are right now in the build out of our platform. I would definitely recommend this engagement 10x over. We were able to verify all the things we were doing right and prioritize the tasks of processes we could be doing better. Having the direct contact to the experts for answers or justification of design patterns is a value we will continue to benefit from long after the end of the engagement.
