Their offering came at a no risk guarantee, meaning they promised to reduce costs by what we paid them or we got a refund. I decided to give Trident a try, and I'm glad I did. Trident has help us take out additional renewal costs and has help reduced some of our workload to process and manage those renewals. Trident has proven to me to be a value partner and I was very pleased with the result.
