Glance Cobrowse is a well-built, highly customizable application that integrates seamlessly into Salesforce. It provides a smooth, customizable, and intuitive user experience for both agents and admins. As an architect, one of the standout aspects of Glance is the flexibility it offers—customization options allow us to tailor the experience from UI adjustments (via pre-built components) to object adjustments (ie: chat vs messaging session) to permission controls, everything is thoughtfully designed to adapt to different use cases. Lastly the support has been amazing. The Glance team responds quickly, follows up, and when I was having trouble during a migration they jumped on a call and helped me work through my questions.

I have been supporting Glance Cobrowse for our company for 7 years and the application is very reliable. The Screenshare & Presence functionality is a big plus. Glance Cobrowse is efficient & effective service, enhancing the client experience and garnering confidence in our technologies. Glance makes working with the clients incredibly easy. Long calls have cut down significantly while using Glance. It is very helpful when opening a new account, for new account holders, adding Money link, finding statements/transactions, and general navigation on our website. Adds tremendous value to conversations with our advisors. Troubleshooting on website and having a visual reference of the error message or client issue can lead to a quick solution/resolution. Glance Cobrowse is an excellent application to enhance customer service experience!
