ProcessEZ is an add-on application for workflow and repeatable processes within your Salesforce CRM. It is designed to allow firms to build process templates that clearly define operational policy procedures. When you’re ready to use the template for a client, copy the template and steps will be automatically assigned. You will have the ability to send a "heads-up" email to each person assigned a step, and assign a task for each step. Tasks can be completed from the home page or from within the process. ProcessEZ can be used for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and Cases, and there is “mass create” functionality for multiple records in one transaction. The manager of each process and can track each person's task assignments, and completion status and dates. Predecessors can be set to control auto-creation of tasks within a process, and durations can be set for the due date of tasks generated from steps. Everyone within the organization can easily view and track the progress of all processes in place.
