And they did a great job of thoroughly responding to all of my questions and concerns every step of the way. Helpful NPSP Support

Our nonprofit organization is so grateful to the Astrea IT team! We connected with them a year and a half ago to assist us with our NPSP set-up and data import, as we were transferring back to Salesforce after spending two years on Network for Good. We informed them that as a nonprofit, we did not have a massive budget for this undertaking. Naveen assured us that this was not an issue, and that they could provide a few hours of pro-bono assistance. We had multiple synchronous Zoom calls to discuss our needs and to troubleshoot any issues. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

We are a small non-profit that uses Conga for Salesforce. I worked specifically with Shobhit to install the nonprofit version of Elevate in our Salesforce Instance. The installation took longer than expected, but this was due to over 1,200 errors that arose in Salesforce that the Salesforce team wasn't always able to help resolve in a timely fashion.
