Great to see on prem deployment

Most of the solutions only work in the cloud, but not this one. Give us a lot of deployment flexibility while being super secure.

Does not work with Outlook 2013

What about an update ? installer does not detect Outlook 2013 as qualified product for installation.. :(

Hello Peter, Our current priority is to update our Outlook integration software such as SalesDesktop so it could support Outlook 2013. We have a plan to enable such support this Spring. During the same time we should also be able to plan and release an update for Chatter plug in. Unfortunately we don't have a version that is compatible with Outlook 2013 yet, but will definitely make it available on our website once it is ready. Easy Chatter Integration into Outlook Social Connector

Does what it says simply and effectively -- integrates Chatter feeds into the Outlook Social Connector, so that Chatter activity shows up whenever you pull up that contact or account, including emails to/from that contact or account. We've been using other InvisibleCRM products -- notably SalesDesktop -- and had have had excellent technical support and customization on this app. Four stars since tech support is not 24/7.

extending my visibility on what people are doing

Really easy way to follow Chatter activities of folks I'm communicating with via email in my Outlook. In combination with LinkedIn and Facebook feeds in Outlook Social Connector it is even better since I can see what people are doing both in their business and personal life which gives me more opportunities to reach them out.
