The project proposed solutions/deliverables vastly improved once more seasoned contributors joined the team. At project start to about mid-point, we had more junior resources that were not providing effective Salesforce solutions for more of our complex processes. We believe this has been remedied but incurred a loss of time and progress. Suniti and Hans have been open, receptive and have actioned on our feedback to date.
