Off-line usage!

We're actually using the V4SF to track attendance at our weekly rehearsals. It works really well! I will say that the initial set-up is a little -- challenging -- not completely intuitive. And I wish certain fields could be customized. But given that the alterative for our small nonprofit was to build something from scratch (costing us a pretty penny) this is a fine alternative. I do with there were a way for us to batch add "Volunteers" (students, in our case) from a Campaign.... I know we can build it in Flow, but that is beyond our staff's current abilities.

Very useful

I was notified that all packages with API triggers less than 45 will not be supported in Salesforce. My Volunteers for Salesforce -version 3.126 has multiple components with API triggers of 40

Has made Volunteer management and tracking a breeze

As a nonprofit our volunteers are so important to us. This allows us to accurately track their time and talents. The reporting allows us to have accurate hours which as a nonprofit has a monetary value to us as well. Highly recommend to all Nonprofits

it was straight forward to implement. I wish there was a "how best to use" documentation, as the flow from volunteers signing up to assigning their first shift was not completely clear to me. However it already made the management of our small volunteer force so much easier.

Very useful for Volunteer Management

I found this app very useful for the non-profits. It becomes very easy to manage volunteers availability, the app gave the freedom to volunteers allowing them to sign up for their desired shifts and hours. Great module for Non profits to organize their resources effectively and save time.

Need Developer Support

We found this app very useful and we were configuring it for our client (NFP org). After Salesforce update on 1-June-2020, the app seems to have issues. After volunteer is signed up and lands on the site page, the pages style have been disturbed and he could no longer see the calendar to signup on any event. It was working fine before 1-June-2020. Since its a manage package so we could not much into it... Can anyone help here !?

Zeeshan - the best way to get support for this issue is to post to the Power of Us community group for the Volunteers for Salesforce App (https://powerofus.force.com/s/group/0F980000000CjjxCAC/volunteers-for-salesforce-app) all NFP customers have access to this and members of the Salesforce.org Consulting Partners program can request it. I looked at trust.salesforce.com and didn't see any updates for June 1st and there hasn't been a recent update for the Volunteers for Salesforce App and the NPSP latest release didn't go out until the evening of June 2nd. If you customer can post the situation to the above listed chatter group there may be some help available or they can also open a ticket with support. Thanks again for your feedback and sorry you've run into this issue.
