I'm going live today with my 3rd organization to use Accounting Seed. It is my Go To accounting platform and truly changes your day to day operations. The system itself makes your accounting team fall back in love with accounting and reporting. The features, like bank direct connect (and bank reconcilations), the abilty easily identify the source record for A/R, A/P and journal entries, and managing your data governenace by using variables that match your business functional units is game changing. Plus, the people at Accounting Seed take their contributions to the profession seriously and listen to their clients. In a non profit space, having trusted partners and technology solutions that both work and affordable, with incredible support is incredibly important. As the Salesforce admin for our organization, one of the things I value most about Accounting Seed is how seamlessly it integrates within Salesforce rather than operating as a separate, bridged system. Good for large companies

We moved to different software as Accounting Seed wasn't the right fit for a small accounting team of 2 people. The software was too complex for our needs.

Accounting Seed has been a game changer for reporting capabilities and customization

It helped our company with complex accounting processes and sales and use tax calculations and needed to be highly customized. Automation tools are helpful and save time. The integration has been smooth and having the CRM and accounting data together helps with financial reporting. Would improve the the support and make the input screens less cluttered. I definitely would recommend it to others that are heavily invested in Salesforce and have a need for customization and scalability.

We’ve been using Accounting Seed for about five years and overall it’s been a great fit for our nonprofit. Having accounting live directly in Salesforce, alongside NPSP, makes a huge difference for us. Our donations, opportunities, and financial data stay connected, which saves a lot of time and cuts down on manual work and reconciliation. What we like most is the flexibility. Accounting Seed Updates

I have been using Accounting Seed(AS) for a little over 3 years and am super excited for the recent updates and changes in customer assistance. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The app is user friendly, the new budget template seems a little cumbersome but I'm sure an AS rep will get us on track for 2026. I would definitely recommend the app to others.
