It has very few professionals, I am one of them.I have been working in this application for one year and know the every aspect of this application. Cloud extend is a must for anyone who has salesforce and do lot of development work and enhancements. It is easy to use, saves lot of time, helps in automation, easy to migrate and maintain and much more. You can add, delete, validate,automate, email, etc so many things you can do without ever writing code and those complex triggers. 5 out of 5 for this great product

Informatica Cloud Extend..... Compelling Functionality

Wow, so not only can we fix historic data, but we can now create Data Stewardship processes that ensure that data issues don't reoccur. This product is a game changer for us, where previously we've delivered Data Steward manuals to our customers we can now deliver functionality that delivers the steward processes. This is a bit of a selfish view given that we're data specialists, we're sure that there are many other uses for end customers, not least gathering the right information from clients ensuring a smoother and shorter sales process!

We think CloudExtend has the potential to make our Salesforce experience a much, much better one. We can't wait to finish our custom-built guides that will help us adhere to procedures and move through data processing much faster than ever before. And we look forward to building and customizing our own guides in the future with this easy to use tool.

Intuitive / Responsive Support Team

CloudExtend is very intuitive to use. You can easily and quickly develop guides implementing the simplest to the most complex process flows. Multiple Guides can be published so users can select the appropriate one at a glance. The Support Team is very friendly and willing to make sure you can accomplish what you need to. I had a need that the support team had never encountered before. They took the time to research it and developed a solution for me.

I came across CloudExtend in a SFDC blog post. The idea seemed so simple, building your own custom wizards. Data consistency, faster data input and virtual coaching were the benefits from using Cloud Extend. I would recommend using this product with an initial SFDC roll-out before bad habits are formed. Fantastic support team, which is critical.

Best Customer Service Ever

I just wanted to take a moment and write about how impressed I was with the customer service for Cloud Extend. Support was lightening fast and really bent over backwards to help you. And I can't say enough about my sales contact Carolyn. She was an incredible help and made my engagement with Active Endpoints a pleasure.

I stumbled upon CloudExtend when they were hosting a user group meetup. I had never heard of them before, but it turned out that they offered the exact product I needed. We were starting up two separate teams of outbound call reps that were new to our company and new to the industry. The ease and speed with which we were able to get into the CloudExtend tool and set up the call scripting and routing the way we needed to was amazing. I had been struggling through trying to set up a very basic script using Salesforce's built-in Flow tool and quickly gave it up after my first taste with Cloud Extend. Being able to set up a complete guide that updated fields on multiple objects, logged tasks, and set call-back tasks in a matter of a few hours was, for me, unexpected. That is exactly what we were able to do with this tool. It eliminated the time it was going to take to train new users, and prevented the mistakes that they were sure to make in bouncing back and forth between screens. Everything is in one place for them and they never have to remember what fields they have to touch. The sales and support team behind the product only enhances my love for it. Any email to support elicits a response in a matter of minutes from someone that is able to answer my questions the first time. On top of that, I always get a call from our Cloud Extend sales rep later to check up and make sure the issue is resolved. I honestly couldn't ask for anything more from this product.
