Best Email/Event Sync I've Seen

MME is honestly pretty great. It works beautifully out of the box, but they also give you tools to really fine tune matching rules for multiple objects if needed. It may require a little coding if you want to get SUPER custom, but the MME support team is really helpful and will work with you to get that taken care of (AI can also handle this pretty easily). Very reasonable price per user as well. Overall, this was a great addition to our tech stack. Highly recommended!

Works infinitely better than Einstein Activity Capture!

EAC was working in our deployment for over a year and then randomly broke one day. Salesforce support spent 6 weeks telling us they were working on a fix before we gave up and I contacted MatchMyEmail to replace it. Our onboarding team (Sam & Simone) were very helpful and definitely knew their way around the plugin - We had everything installed and working on live data feeding in within 2 days. The missing 6 weeks of "legacy" data was then easy to backfill and we were fully moved over within a week!

The most stable app in our Salesforce Org

We were looking for a solution for our 200 users to log emails and associate to contacts. After configuration, it just works and has not stopped (in almost 2 years of use). Super solid. Team is wonderful to work with. My biggest issue is... why can't everything be this stable!?!? Great job, MME!!!
