Salesforce is an amazing tool, but one that is more effectively wielded with assistance like what Redpath offers. They can really help bridge the gap between your design/vision and the implementation/use of the software tool! Salesforce is intuitive but not without it's own serious need of understanding, especially when it comes to updates or impacts and changes with its own features or those of a third party solution.
