Custom portal development in SF

A massive thank you to everyone at MphasiS who supported Teaching Leaders in the development of a fully tailored system in the customer portal to meet the requirements of our programme. It was a fantastic and a very enjoyable experience working with everyone. We now have a fully functional system deployed to over 160 people.

SF integration with a managed app

Mphasis did a great job in helping us integrate a managed app with our SF. Particular highlights were the quality of the scoping and truly understanding the requirements of the orgnaisation. It was also well managed so that all parties were clear on their roles and responsbilities and the timings of these.

Mphasis support service

Mphasis representatives provided a dedicated and focussed service to Street League. We had several planning meetings with at least 15 follow up conference calls to review the system and discuss further changes. Each set of changes were implemented within 2 days generally. Mphasis were also receptive to follow up discussions and rqeuests for additional support. The period of the project was 4 months and 15th November was the target completion date. Target was met with Rob Steel attending final session at our offices to roll Salesforce out to wider senior team. We are generally very happy with the final product and service provided by Mphasis. We have a bespoke toolkit that suits the CRM needs of our organisation going forward. Without Mphasis support we would have struggled with an off the shelf version. Nick Smith- Street League
