Very easy to setup
Its good that this app uses the standard lead capture form created by salesforce.com but that has its own limitations for instance the update to the lead object is not that fast. The Name and Address capture functionality is very intuitive for people calling into the phone line. Ease of deployment is a plus. Could improve the update speed by using a custom script or something.
