The Agentforce project engagement with Viseo was a very positive experience, with an excellent working relationship established from the outset through to completion. The Viseo team was collaborative, professional, and committed to helping REIWA achieve a successful outcome. Their expertise and willingness to adapt were particularly valuable as we worked through the complexities of implementing Agentforce within our existing Salesforce environment. One key learning from the engagement was the importance of investing additional time upfront to fully understand existing Salesforce configurations, data structures, and the practical considerations of configuring an Agentforce solution. Given the urgency to commence the project, some areas of the initial scope could have benefited from deeper discovery, particularly around Agentforce credit consumption and the approach for ingesting REIWA data. Working through these areas during delivery required us to explore and test several data ingestion approaches to ensure the solution would be scalable and deliver reliable outcomes beyond the proof of concept. While the project was successful, there were times when REIWA felt we were helping drive the solution direction rather than being guided by the lead consultant. A stronger upfront solution blueprint and more proactive technical leadership would have further enhanced the delivery experience. Overall, Viseo was a great partner to work with, and their commitment, responsiveness, and collaborative approach contributed significantly to the project’s success. For organisations considering an Agentforce implementation, we would recommend Viseo while emphasising the value of a thorough discovery phase to establish clear assumptions, data strategies, and delivery expectations from the beginning.

Viseo a su nous accompagner sur 2025 avec la Mise en oeuvre de 2 équipes indépendantes et une direction de programme pour piloter les impacts sur l'existant et assurer une design autorité cohérente. L'équipe GMAO est parvenue à déployer en production les processus de GMAO ainsi que la reprise de l'existant et la conduite de changement en 8 mois. l'équipe TMA/MCO a synhronisé les évolutions sur cette roadmap Field Services tout en délivrant ses attendus. A la suite d'un hypercare de 3 mois, les 2 équipes ont fusionné dans une seule équipe CRM, assurant l'évolution de l'ensemble de l'application,
