Not work - action only available for account

Action only available on the account's Lightning. Does not allow cloning of any source record (and its related records). All my attempts have failed, despite the fact that I have disabled all my validation and duplication rules. This Appexchange needs to be thoroughly reviewed. Thank you.

Not working -

When trying to clone an order with related lists (like the actual products), it does not work.

Getting Error

It's got something to do with "View All Data" or "Modify All Data" system permission sets. I don't want to set those permission for my users. Is there any work around for this? Please let me know! I'm trying to use this on Opportunity object. Thanks, Snigdha

Great app - simple interface, with some powerful functionality options

I'm using this app to support some specific cloning behavior across some standard objects and its flexible and works great! The user interface is clear and it took me a few tries before I understood how to set up the Parent / Child relationships on which Object & Related Records I wanted to clone. I think its a great app - simple, flexible, and allows you to customize it to your users needs.

Justin - Is there a way to customize it on Opportunities to where if you're cloning a Closed Won opp, the newly cloned opp record will be automatically placed in "Prospecting" rather than "Closed Won"?

Cannot Install

Returns the error message "This app can't be installed. There are problems that prevent this package from being installed. Package Not FoundThe requested package does not exist or has been deleted. Please contact the package publisher for assistance. If this is a recently uploaded package, please try again soon." No support for these apps, it only directs you to the Success Forums Shame, as this would be a useful item

Installed, Displayed Same Error Message - Need Help!

Just as others have mentioned, I installed the package and received this error message as well; "Implementation restriction: directly querying FeedComment is only supported for admin users in version 23.0 and higher." It was suggested to modify the metadata to be up to API 36, any idea on how to do that? I haven't received a response from the provider of this application. Note: I created the button for Cases object.

i installed the package and received this error message as well. How do you modify the metadata to be up to API 36? Note: I created the button for Cases object.

It seems that you have feedcomments enabled for the account, the appexchange will try to clone even the feed comments and they're not available in the API version of the AppExchange. It is Unmanaged, which means that you can modify the classes and pages, you can modify its metadata to be up to API 36. If you do so, probably the appexchange will work again.

Record Name for Custom object cloning

The app works great. Except for custom object as the record name is set to the salesforce id. We even tried with the Astrea Clone app, but even this doesn't work for custom objects. Can you please provide some inputs for the same, as to how we can resolve the issue.
