Big thank you to the CRM-C team to get our Salesforce flying the way it should've been flying from day one. I wish you would've been involved two years earlier ;-) My 5 sales managers love the reports and dashboards - and the 50 sales below them are using it on daily basis. Transparency is key, past and future performance are clearly visible. The CRM-C team has done a great job with great commitment despite a difficult environment on an existing non-optimized (to put it in nice words) system.
