We engaged ProQuest Consulting to migrate our customer service operations into Salesforce Service Cloud, automate Purchase Order processing using Document AI, and integrate our Genesys telephony system. The scope was significant, and ProQuest brought the right expertise at every stage — their project cadence kept things moving and their collaborative approach meant our team was never left in the dark. The project spanned Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Document AI, AgentForce, and Genesys Cloud CX. ProQuest's ability to work across all of these platforms cohesively, including bridging our SAP data for PO line item reconciliation, was a standout. This is not a simple stack, and they navigated it confidently. The results have been substantial. We now have complete end-to-end visibility of how customer emails are processed within Salesforce, and what was previously heavy manual data entry has been reduced to data validation. The time and cost savings have been meaningful, and we continue to migrate more customer interactions into the platform as confidence in the solution grows.

This is my second engagement with Proquest, and just like the first, Aymeric and his team listened to my requirements, and completed our implementation with a minimum of fuss. During the process, stakeholders on my team decided to make changes to various workflows, and Proquest was dynamic enough to accommodate some substantial changes without a substantial impact to the agreed timeframe. ProQuest continue to be our key SFDC business partner. This year amongst many important projects there was 2 standouts which was to see the conversion to SFDC of 2, end of life Sharepoint, SAP, SQL Databases & Nintex Workflow solutions servicing the APAC region. The agreed solution was to house this in Salesforce Cloud leveraging Mulesoft. Proquest's planning, meetings and execution were flawless and the solution was delivered per plan. Along the way, ProQuest and the business were able to discover new efficiences from the solution being housed in Salesforce, and deliver these as part of training to a very pleased customer base. The staff at ProQuest are always very friendly and most of all, are a joy to work with.
