Personal Cards was easy to install, set up and use. Two questions I had were answered immediately by our account rep Max Goldman who was very prompt, helpful and nice to work with.

Easy Way to Include a Personal Touch

We have been using Seven Interactions for about 12 months now. It has been a great method to send out a nice card that has a personal message and includes the company logo. Customers call in all the time and thank us for sending them a card. Set up is easy and support has always been super responsive. The only drawback is that we cannot send cards to Canada yet.

we have to pay $3~5 per card send ? Do we use credit card to buy (outside salesforce) or maybe pay for salesforce.com in-app (like Apple itune APP store) ?

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused you. We only send high quality, Hallmark-branded greeting cards as a part of the service. The app is priced in a simple manner that creates virtually no downside risk. The application is free to install. Clients buy card bundles to meet their needs. Card bundles are available from 25-1,000 cards. Prices range from $3-5/card including postage.

Love this app. You can create, send and track beautiful Hallmark-branded cards straight from Salesforce. Manage all your 'thank-yous', seasonal greetings and other important reasons to engage with your clients. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating on Ease of Use is that currently it is only available to mail within the US. But it is very easy to use.
