Seven Interactions is a marketing and communications offering aimed at companies who place an emphasis on effective sales processes, share a culture of high-touch customer interaction, and seek to deliver high-quality customer service. The product is specifically focused on creating “Relationship Advantage” by allowing companies to send personalized, custom printed premium branded greeting cards and gift cards directly from their Salesforce.com platform. Our goal is to help our clients improve their client retention, increase up-sales and cross-sales, and increase their referral rates by helping them build their client relationships one card at a time. Recent research from Harris Interactive indicates: - 50% of the people who receive a business greeting card are more likely to do business with the sender. - 35% of the people who receive a business greeting card will recommend the sender’s business to others.
