Poor Support
After installing from the AppExchange, activation requires that you call their Sales department. Unfortunately, they rarely answer and don't respond to messages. I installed the app a week ago...still haven't been able to get it activated...it's like they don't want business. No support.
My team is loving the trial
First of all thanks for creating this amazing product and letting us try it out for free. My team has really gotten use to recording their chatter updates when they are on the road, which is most of the time. It was very easy to show them the value as they were not too keen on typing in their responses every time they had something to share....Voice for chatter has helped us to popularize Salesforce.com chatter internally.. At this time we have the basic transcription, which is fast and 85% accurate, i was wondering if you could enhance the transcription quality some more...please contact me
