The partner's Salesforce knowledge was fantastic, and they were able to offer solutions to our business use cases using out of the box features of the platform. The technical staff were able to quickly pivot and make changes in a truly Agile fashion. Feedback and tracking of issues and revision requests was done well, and responses were timely.

It has been pleasure working with Eight Cloud. This project was extremely well managed by Our Eight Cloud Team. All deadlines and deliverables were met on time and communicated both in writing and verbally at least weekly. I have never had an IT project that was executed so perfectly! EightCloud supported my team with ensuring correct community permissions for users to have access and be private from users without the correct permissions. As a consultant to my team, Chris provided clear communication and expert advice.

eightCloud supported our State agency in standing up an public application portal for our developer partners. The application portal will decrease the time staff spends on data entry as well as reduce the number of data entry errors. We worked with eightCloud to ensure the portal is scaleable. Thet did a fantastic job of communicating progress, helping us hit our launch date, and preventing scope creep.

Working with Grant has been an exceptional experience. We were having issues with tracking different leads due to the complexity of our business. Grant has given us several solutions, promptly, so that we may make the best decision moving forward. He is well versed in salesforce and became well versed in Marketo in order to help us make our process more efficient, and quickly converting leads. He created a custom object in salesforce.com which solved the issue at hand. Our reporting will now be clean and much easier to track. I highly suggest EightCloud as a perfect solution to all of your current lead issues, including the ones you didn't even know existed because they were pointed out to you by EightCloud. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with this company.
