Impressive and Highly Customizable Project Management tool

Cloud Coach is a powerful and highly customizable project management solution that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. It’s intuitive, scalable, and packed with features like Gantt charts, resource allocation, and time tracking. Performance should be considered if you’re layering on extensive custom development, but overall it’s an excellent enterprise tool I’d strongly recommend.

Happily New to Cloud Coach

I am in the process of converting to Cloud Coach from another project management platform and I am very happy with the choice. My team's role is in implementation/onboarding of our software product, and we have found ourselves floundering with PM solutions that do not serve our need for scalability and improved efficiency as our workload and client complexity both increase. Cloud Coach has really helped us turn that around. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, helping us drive project team behaviors that suit our business needs, while also offering robust reporting that allows leadership to focus on the relevant data points of the big picture. I am still learning many of the capabilities, tips, and tricks of the system but have been enjoying both the journey of discovery and the results I'm seeing even with my limited newbie knowledge. I am also impressed with the depth and breadth of knowledge and passion I've experienced from the Cloud Coach team to date, and eager to work with them in the years to come.

Comprehensive & Intuitive

Our PMO has been using Cloud Coach for almost 2-years and it has been a powerful tool to capture everything from our project plans, executive sign-offs, status reports and time tracking. It is both a very comprehensive tool but easy to learn and navigate. We continue to expand and optimize our footprint to maximize the benefit to our organization. It’s one-stop shopping for everything project management related!

Cloud coach is contantly evolving

What did you like about this app? I really like how easy it is to use. Cloud Coach makes it simple to keep track of projects, tasks, and who's doing what. It’s great that it works so well with Salesforce too—everything's in one place, which saves time. The dashboards and reports are super helpful for seeing how things are going at a glance. What would improve it? The interface could use a bit of a refresh—it works fine, but it’s not the sleekest. Sometimes it feels a little slow or clunky when moving between sections. It would also be awesome to have more real-time collaboration features, like built-in chat or easier ways to leave comments for the team. And maybe a few more tips or tutorials for new users wouldn’t hurt either. Would you recommend the app to others? Yeah, definitely. If you’re already using Salesforce and need a solid tool to manage projects, Cloud Coach is a good choice. It’s got a lot of features, and once you get the hang of it, it really helps keep everything organized.

Solid project management solution natively integrated with Salesforce

Cloud Coach is helping us solve several key challenges around project visibility, accountability, and process consistency. Before using it, our project tracking was scattered across spreadsheets and emails, which made it hard to report on progress or hold teams accountable. Now, everything is centralized in Salesforce where our users already work, so adoption has been much smoother. For me as a Salesforce Admin, the biggest benefit is that I can manage access, reporting, and automation in one place. It’s reduced the number of disconnected tools we have to support, and it allows our project managers to kick off, update, and close out projects more efficiently. It also gives leadership clearer insight into project health and resource utilization without requiring additional tools or logins. Our customer success manager has been amazingly helpful even years after implementation, making sure we get the most out of Cloud Coach. Customer support is top notch with their education and response time.

CLOUD COACH - Way to Go on Project Management

We introduced Cloud Coach to our Enterprise about a year ago and excited to share how it has made the work of our PMO's much much easier with increased productivity. The one place to track and monitor progress of project and have tools like MyDay and Milestones make it even smarter to track and have a high level overview of project. Support from Cloud Coach has been very excellent with hands on training and support anytime you call on them. Paola our representative has been awesome and training modules with Abrigail is very resourceful. Will recommend CC as we call it to any org looking for the right tool to manage project in an org.
