portatour® is a great app!

We are using portatour® with our Sales Representatives and are very happy with the app. It has increased productivity and efficiency of our Sales Reps. by a significant amount. First, they do not need to spend hours on planning their visits. Due to predefined parameters, portatour® evaluates which customers are due to visit and lays out an optimized schedule. Second, portatour® has a Google Maps plugin which allows to transfer the planed routs directly into Google Maps resulting in optimal navigation. Third, portatour® adapts the daily schedule to traffic and visit duration, delivering an optimal day-to-day planning. Finally, portatour® works very well with salesforce. The customer visit reports are nicely embedded into Salesforce, when using the portatour® Anywhere App. These are the most important aspects why we use portatour®. The app delivers as promised and even more. Therefore, our overall rating is five stars. We very much recommend using portatour® in order to raise productivity and efficiency of your Sales Representatives, due to minimization of administrative tasks.
