As a savings comparison website (www.savingschampion.co.uk) with a unique rate tracking service, the savings product data underpinning our website is crucial to our success. With Mark's help, we successfully completed the first phase of the implementation of our Salesforce based CRM system by moving this product data into Salesforce. And we're about to complete the 2nd phase of our Salesforce implementation which will replace the existing Excel based system for managing all of our customer contacts. We used Silver Lined Solutions to transfer our data from our old and expired access database to salesforce. Dealing with them couldn't have been better.
