Good Alternative to DemandTools

We had to make a switch from DemandTools a couple of months ago because of a major price increase. Cloudingo has been a good alternative and works well overall, but I do wish the speed of the merges happened more quickly. Sometimes it can take upwards of seven minutes for one group of accounts to merge, and we have a large amount of accounts to merge every day, so any improvement in the speed of things would be greatly appreciated. The merges do seem to be cleaner though than they were in DemandTools.

Good replacement for DemandTools for merging records

We'd been using DemandTools for years, but they told us that they were expiring our subscription tier and the cheapest one would now be 2.5x the cost. I did some research on alternatives and Cloudingo came out top. I found our contact at Cloudingo to be very responsive and helpful. They include free training/setup calls with the subscription. So far, it's doing exactly what I need it to.

Cloudingo has really helped us keep our Salesforce data cleaner and more organized. The duplicate merge process saves a lot of time compared to doing everything manually, especially when working with large data loads. I also like that it gives a lot of flexibility with filters and matching rules. Overall, it has been a solid tool for our Salesforce admin work and data cleanup process.

Cloudingo is a useful diagnostic tool for identifying duplicates, but it's not a standalone solution. It works best as a **one-time or periodic cleanup tool** after data enrichment, not as a continuous deduplication engine — especially given the structural root cause (product-layer multi-account creation) that it can't address.

Easy To Use - Give Me The Power

I ended up going with Cloudingo for it's mastery of basic functionality. It gives me the power to do what I want with it and I don't have to work through any exaggerated shine like AI this or that. It does the job, it does it well, and it let's me customize it to my needs! That's all I look for!

Very useful deduper - UI a little slow

Very powerful tool and integral to our business. Sometimes it can be a bit slow when using the app/website but it is very effective and great for scheduled runs.
