Users cant see Data in Customer name on orders tab
We were updating some profiles and now one of our profiles cannot see the data in the orders tab for customer name. Can you please advise. Salesforce sent us to you. Thank
Gets the Job Done
I don't know about other users... this app gets the job done, but not without points of pain. It doesn't seem like this is a very scalable process. When I'm submitting over 200 orders a month, it can become quite tedious. I'll say that the v1.0 to v2.0 has shown large improvements in terms of making entries... It would be great if a mass-upload solution was available to streamline things and will be looking for that in the future.

Channel Order App has Revolutionized my Life!
Before this app, I was a lonely, one-legged man sending my orders to Salesforce through carrier-pigeon, Pony Express, or passing notes to my AE during fifth grade history class. None of these methods worked well, but now with the Amazing COA (TM) I have found my missing leg, increased my stature in the community, and can send orders to Salesforce using the newfangled InterWeb.
