Be carefull with the trial. They will not give you money back.
If you cancel the trial in the Appexchenge you will ses that changed status "Will not renew", but what turned out - they charged me. I wrote them and they said. We will not give you money back, becasue you did cancellation only in Appexchenge. It is not enough. you have to inform them by email. To be honest this are bad practices.
Great Support and Great App!
This app saves our company so much time! It is easy to use and adds a lot of options for people who use the Salesforce files religiously. The support is outstanding. You are able to email 1 person and they always get back to you super quick. Worth the money!
Great Tool!
This is a great tool for any organization! We have a lot of files that we create for clients and this app allows you to organize in a list view or tree view, even preview. The subfolders have been a great addition to the app. Truly, a must have app in our book!

This App gets better and better as time goes on. We use a lot of word and PDFs in our communication to clients and this App helps organize in list or tree view. The (history) heat map of most used docs is a bonus as well. - Brad - VP Sales.
Play videos without downloading!
We have been using this app to play our training videos for our users. They don't have to download the videos anymore, they just play them in their browsers. This app rules! The other items are loved by our admin's. It saves them many clicks to manage our Content. Unlimited license is a great value.
@Michael Dreesmann - Let me answer your questions. Content Organizer shows the preview if Salesforce generates one and a user can click play and the file will load in cache and play. Content Organizer also records which user clicked on play so you can track who watched which video. The video plays in a pop up modal window. All actions occur on the Content Organizer screen. We don't "add" components to other Salesforce screens. Content Organizer can be installed into a sandbox for unlimited users and time to give it a test drive. May I ask some questions, please. How does it work in chatter, please? You upload a file to a chatter post, for example. What does content organizer do? Create a preview picture where the user can click on? Create a link which opens in a new tab? I want to upload MP4-files into a chatter group to show our users how Salesforce works. The user should simply click on a small image (auto generated) which opens the video directly in chatter and maximizes it if he/she wants. Is that possible with Content Organizer, please? Thx in advance.
Time saving application
This app allows us to save an enormous time administrating Content and Chatter Files AND also gives our users the ability to view videos without having to download which is a huge bonus. We recommend this app to others.
Amazing
I really like how I can now watch videos before downloading them. I used to download all of these huge videos hoping that I had the right one, now with the play button in this app it makes my life that much easier. I have tried the audio as well and it to works well. The format of the video and audio files does though depend on the browser so I recommend that people experiment with which files work with which browsers your users use.

You were charged $5 USD because you didn’t cancel your subscription correctly through the Appexchange. Once you contacted us we immediately canceled your subscription. We also supplied to you every single transaction line though the AppExchange automated sales payment process showing that there never was a cancellation by you. The only one was from us after you contacted us and we made the change. It is a shame that you chose to write such a review even though your issue was resolved ASAP.
