Great solution for chatter compliance

I would give it a 5 star if there is way the message alerts to inbox can have a customized subject line to distinguish between chat posts, replies, comments, private message, etc. This app enables us to save all our chatter posts to mailbox or in CRM without purchasing costly apps or server space.

Unable to install Package

I get an error stating 'This package is not yet available. Please try again later or contact the package owner.' when installing this in my Production Org. Can you please look into this and suggest how I can work around this? I was able to install the Package in my Sandbox though.

Creating a sluggish experience in Chatter Communities

We are a large organization and currently have Compliance Locker engaged on our Chatter Communities. We've recently found sluggish results when members of the community comment on content. We've paused Compliance Locker in sandbox for testing purposes and have isolated the issue. Is there someone from Arkus to assist with questions about how we can remedy? Great app for a highly regulated industry

Compliance Locker easily keeps Chatter posts in one place and allows messages to be retained to meet our banks regulatory requirements. For any financial or other highly regulated industry this app is a must. Easy to install and provides some great reporting tools for Chatter messages. Deleted items are easily tracked and stored. This app is a must if your institution needs to track Chatter.

Best Compliance App Ever

Compliance Locker is an awesome and stable application. Being a financial institution it is extremely important that we be able to track and audit our chatter posts. Compliance Locker has enabled us to do just that and has run from day one without any performance issues or process errors.

Created New Possibilities for Our Firm

When I started at my firm, they were not using Chatter due to "compliance reasons". Compliance Locker enabled us to start using Chatter company wide with no concerns from our compliance department. I have seen user adoption improve by the day now that we are able to use this valuable tool. A simple Compliance Locker report is sent out from Salesforce once a week to be reviewed and the actual app is very easy to set up. Attentiveness and support has been spot on with Arkus as well. Great app and service for anyone needing to comply with FINRA or SEC.

Nice for any business in a highly regulated industry

Simple and effective which is the sign of a solid app. Chatter has become one of the driving engines SFDC is using for adoption. To not have access and using Chatter these days is a painful thing to see out there for me. This App can go a long way in pushing the needle to "why not use Chatter?" for many businesses in highly regulated industries like Financial Services, Oil & Gas, etc. Moves into my Top 10 FREE apps you have to have in SFDC. Nice. Any small nuances for an individual business and their processes, can be met by the tool tweaked.

Great solution

Excellent solution for solving record retention / correspondence tracking for FINRA / SEC firms. All records are sent to email which is then monitored like any other correspondence we have. Very prompt and helpful tech support helped me through a few configuration issues, but all-in-all great.

Works Great

Installation was seamless and Compliance settings took care of most of our requirements including retention.

Great solution and high quality post-implementation support

We installed this application as part of the business sign-off to launch Chatter. It was easy to install and provides us with all the information we need. The word blocking also works perfectly as desired. We have also received excellent support post-implementation as we had a number of questions regarding reporting and other features. It has been a great product.
