Great Project Management Tool

Our company has been using TaskRay for external and internal projects. We love the flexibility of the Gant charts when managing multiple projects. Sub-projects that can be tied to Opportunities within Salesforces for our sales team has been a great addition to our management process. The daily task reminders are very helpful for our team, both the email and on our Salesforce dashboard. Just like any software, it takes time to get good at navigating but once you are comfortable, it is a great management tool.

Great for Overall Task Management

I love that TaskRay is native to Salesforce. The new reports that come with it have been great for tracking past projects and upcoming tasks/projects. If I could pick one thing that I would improve, it would be overall smoothness of moving tasks, groups, and projects around. There are time where I try to reorder task groups but cannot place things where I want. If these little bugs were fixed, I think it would feel much smoother.

Unresponsive and Unprofessional

We have been trying for months to get out of our contract with TaskRay, but we’ve received nothing but silence. Numerous emails and messages have gone unanswered, yet the invoices keep coming. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while still being billed for a service we are not using. At this point, the lack of communication and accountability from TaskRay feels unprofessional and unacceptable. We simply want clear communication and resolution—but instead, we’re met with crickets and continued invoices.

The platform itself is a great fit for our use case of managing various different project types that often change course mid-stream. TaskRay will allow us to manage resources across departments and forecast capacity based on the opportunity pipeline. The sales team has been an absolute dream to work with.
