GoToAssist Integration for Salesforce

Doesn't work

Installed the app after many attempts (ignored Apex error that cause an installation to stop was the key here) it will not accept our GoTo Assist user names or passwords.

Very Bad Experience With This App

The package doesn't install, nor are there any self help guides or instructions, so I was unable to even test the functionality though it seemed like a perfect fit for our organization as we use both GoToAssist and Salesforce for our incident management. Once I had scrounged around and troubleshooted on my own for a bit I attempted to contact GoToAssist Chat support, they didn't even know the product existed. Please take away the Chat option if it isn't a viable support method.
