Belmar was hired to help implement Salesforce as an organization-wide CRM to centralize all of our data in order to improve our reporting abilities and become a more data driven organization. Products involved in our implementations include Zapier, Funraisin, and Account Engagement. They worked very collaboratively with our team in order to help customize the CRM in a way that best fits our team's workflow and needs. Working exclusively within the Salesforce ecosystem, the Belmar team has a strong knowledge of the product and its capabilities, and they really helped us customize our salesforce org in a way that will allow us to scale up over the years. In addition, they were very flexible and understanding of the different levels of training that our team would need based on their roles.

This is the third Salesforce consultant we have worked with and by far the best one. In past consultant projects they felt pushy, annoyed with us, we had to pay for more hours than we needed or they made simple mistakes that sent errors to literally thousands of our clients. However Belmar is just kind, it feels more collaborative and they want you to learn to maintain (you're not forced to keep buying hours).

We have worked with Belmar Consulting multiple times over the last 4 years on our organization's digital transformation project/journey. Together with Belmar we had set clear project scopes/goals, and the Belmar consultant we worked with was really keen/proactive to help and support us to find solutions to our system pain points. She has excellent communication and customer skills, she is knowledgeable and respectful, she would also flag us on potential project risks and challenges so that we could make informed decisions when it comes to business solutions and process improvement. In the end we were able to complete the project on time and was under-budget so that we could take on additional scopes of work.
