Great extension of the Angel agent monitor
My agents spend most of their time on salesforce.com and having the Angel agent monitor in a separate window was a little inconvenient. This app is a natural extension to the Agent monitor allowing my agents to manage/monitor their presence. It also allows them to change their statuses in multiple queues from a single interface rather than having multiple browsers opened at the same time Feedback - Would be good to have real time chat functionality along with the integrated chatter feature,.
Awesome integration
I used this tool and its very easy to install and setup and it helped us a lot. Very intractive UI and easy usage. Good Job!!!
