Several happy Clients!
I guess this App will be superseded by the Salesforce1 ready version (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000001taX4EAI). But I have used Docusign with a number of my Clients, and I am sure more will follow in the future. Get those contracts signed anywhere on any device, whats not to love. Recommended.

Docusign helped streamline my onboarding processes internally and it is a great resource for closing deals. Which is the goal.
DocuSign for iPad - an app for mobile productivity
DocuSign for iPad is easy to use – it’s an effective tool for anyone on the run and using their iPad/iPhone/mobile device. As a DocuSign employee, I can get to my contracts, vendor agreements, and anything else I need to get approvals on wherever I am. I also love it because I don’t have to carry my heavy laptop around or be plugged into the network.
DocuSign for iPad and iPhone makes my life much easier
I love the DocuSign app because it works seamlessly across my iPhone and iPad. I can sign marketing agreements from my vendors whether I'm in the office, on the couch at home or on the road at an event in minutes or sometimes even seconds. Plus, the user interface is simple to use! As a long time DocuSign employee, I definitely "eat my own dogfood".
DocuSign for Mobile Users
Granted: I am a DocuSign employee; so I use this app religiously, it still gives me goosebumps whenever I get to complete an application, contract, or any type of form out there and with my LTE connection I am done in no time. Thanks Apple & DocuSign!
One of my favorite apps for productivity!
DocuSign on my iPhone is one of my favorite apps for productivity. It's integration with Dropbox makes it easy for me to access my files I've shared from other devices. The interface is clean, intuitive, but still has the powerful features nicely tucked in. The DocuSign vision for streamlining processes and producing a cleaner and safer signing environment is one of the many reasons I joined the company over a year ago.
DocuSign for Sales and Marketing contracts
As a DocuSign employee, I use DocuSign for iPhone on a regular basis signing third-party vendor sales and marketing contracts on my iPhone when I am traveling for conferences or over the weekend. It allows me to expedite business without having to open up my laptop. My team stays productive and it reduces bottlenecks. I love the DocuSign eSignature solution.
