Plauti Deduplicate: Duplicate Management made easy

Flexible tool, superb support!

We've been using Plauti Deduplicate for a year+ now, impressed with the functionality and ease of use. We needed a more flexible way of matching and recognizing duplicates on multiple objects. For our end users being able to see potential duplicates in real time (when creating an account for example) is an absolute win. When functionality is not working as intended or you encounter problems, the support team is always there to help you out. Great service and very satisfied with the product so far. Would recommend!

Was a good product until...

The auto-updated June 2026 release turned the Installed Package Status to "Suspended" and broke the tool. There is no documentation on how to resolve this; Plauti Support Chat is never available for a live agent; and trying to log a support ticket resulted in an odd html error with no confirmation of receipt and no response. The inability to get any level of help is driving us to uninstall the product and find a new solution.

Useful app for our company and excellent support service

This tool are very usefull to deduplicate our leads or accounts. But with some account, we got issue to merge but the support service was very reactive to help us solve the issue.
